Me.
Timeline: September 2020. After 30 years in Seattle + 14 years in Alaska before that, it was time for some sunshine. With both daughters both launched out of the nest, my husband and I headed south to Carpinteria, CA in Santa Barbara County. My head continues to spin with the lifestyle whiplash that comes with our little cottage in the middle of an avocado field. Our space expands considerably thanks to our outside areas (tub anyone?) and the year-round easy weather.
